Build reports using report builder

Report Builder is a report authoring tool for business users who prefer to work in stand alone environment instead of using Report Designer in the visual studio environment. 

Steps involved in creating simple report using report builder

Step 1) Get the report manager URL 

Step 2) Click the link for report builder and then select Table or Matrix wizard

Step 3) Create a new data source connection

Step 4) Select table or the stored procedure for the report

Step 5) Arrange the fields which needs to be displayed

Step 6) Finalize the display

Step 7) Run the report

Step 8)Save the report file

Step) Verify published report in report manager
