How to Create simple SSIS package?

We need Sql server Business intelligence development studio to create packages.

Steps involved

• Open BIDS (Business intelligence development studio)
• Select new project as Integration Services Project

• Delete the default package and select SSIS import export wizard 

 

• Select DataSource

• Select Destination                                                                                                        

• Copy data from table or views OR write a specific query for data transfer

• Select the source and destination

• Select finish

• Right click the package and run the package

 Note: While running the  color would be Yellow

            On completion the color would be Green

            On Error the color would be Yellow
